LAND CUT FISHING POLICIES

 A $250 deposit is required when booking your trip. All cancellations must be made at least 10 days prior to the date of your trip and must be made via phone call. Any cancellations made after this time will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. Cancellations made within 3 days of the trip will result in the forfeiture of the entire cost of the trip. Weather calls will be made within 72hrs of each trip and full payment is required 48 hrs. prior. The Captain reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any trip due to dangerous or inclement weather. In such instances, a 100% refund will be provided.
